Okra Soup Our Okra Soup is a nourishing Nigerian classic, expertly prepared with chopped and minced okra in a peppery base to achieve its rich, comforting texture and full traditional flavour. Cooked with shreds of smoked turkey, dried fish, stockfish, finished with spinach and palm oil. This soup is slow-simmered to bring out its natural depth and warmth.
