Banga Soup
An aromatic delicacy slow-cooked from palm fruit extract and infused with traditional spices. Prepared with a pepper tomato blend, shreds of smoked turkey, dried fish, and stockfish. In soup protein accompaniment includes beef, chicken, tripe, and ox-hide. It is traditionally served with Solid Swallow e.g Pounded Yam, Eba, or Fufu
